Automated, long-term culture of 3D liver models

3D human liver cell cultures are important in vitro models to study liver disease and test therapeutic compounds. However, the complexity of the culture limits their routine use in pre-clinical research. In this application note we describe the generation and maintenance of liver spheroids for 15 days of culture using the automated Mo:re lab platform.
