Automated Medium Exchange of iPSC-derived Cortical Organoids

The applicability of human cortical organoids derived from induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) to high-throughput assays depends on standardization and automation workflows. Here we describe the use of Mo:re’s lab platform to support the production of cortical organoids derived from iPSCs in screening-compatible 96well plate format.
